Exchange Policy

All Frances Grey hats are handmade, and carefully crafted in New York, therefore we accept limited exchanges.

We want you to love your custom Frances Grey purchase, however, if you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept exchange only. If you wish to proceed, please contact info@francesgreyny.com to request an exchange authorization within seven days of receipt. The item being exchanged must be received within seven days of authorization. The hat must be in its original condition with tags in place and be free of wear, markings or any condition, which would stop us from reselling.

Frances Grey Millinery reserves the right to reject any hats being returned for exchange that does not comply with the policy outlined above.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any changes to hat style being sold such as (trim, color or special size) are considered Custom. Custom made hats are final sale.

All previously marked down hats and sample sale are final.
